Job description

    • Coordinate the day-to-day administration and logistics of the scheduled face-to-face and online training courses
    •  Be the first point of contact for inquiries about Get Job’s training courses.
    • Ensure effective logistics before and during course implementation including.
    •  Provide support on filing, organizing, and archiving training materials.
    •  Set up courses using (generally Zoom) including updating and setting up instructions, uploading course materials, and producing webinars.
    • Liaise with trainers and participants to provide logistical and technical support
    • before, during, and after the online learning course.
    •  Support training coordinator with the formatting of materials.
    • Set up a database of clients, trainees, and trainers.
    • Take notes during training as necessary and compile the training objectives of the participants
    •  Manage events and schedule calendars of training
    •  Prepare training expense report for each training
    •  Assist with any other duties as assigned by the training coordinator.
    • Hand out feedback forms, collect them and Collate details from the feedback form and present to the training coordinator.
