RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
 Knowledge in VM environment
 Knowledge in Windows Server, Linux OS environment, Storage as well Backup System
 knowledge in managing, creating and maintaining security systems as well as servers,
Storage, Backup system.
 Compile timely, comprehensive and accurate documentation or reports as requested
 Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and
optimization.
 Identifying, monitoring, and defining the requirements of the overall Enterprises Storage &
Server’s in client's destination.
 Maximum attention to detail and analytical thinking
 Orientation on research of additional information independently.
 Communicate and report any incidents and issues to the upper management as well as
customer.

JOB SPECIFICATION
 Bachelors of Computer Science, BSC.CSIT, Computer Engineering or IT Engineering or
related IT fields.
 Ability to communicate and report any incidents and issues to the upper management as
well as customer.
 Deep understanding of the latest technologies.
 Sound knowledge of Enterprise Storages and SAN switches.
 Good understanding of enterprise backup solution systems.
 Good understanding on enterprise level servers.
 Good knowledge of JAVA.
 Good knowledge of CCNA, RHCE.
