 Responsible for the development, implementation and deployment of banking and other process at
BPM product suite.
 Should bear full responsibility for implementation and delivery of assigned activities in planned
timeframe.
 Responsible for prioritize and implement project activities at BPM platform by following
recommended development framework.
 Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as
part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems
 Builds project deliverables by converting all design elements to the technical solution. This includes
programs, screens, reports’ reusable components, interfaces, etc.
 Writes, debug and executes the source code of a software application and deploy after successful test.
 Understands standards and guidelines for building software components
 Need to document technical details and update those report to team leader/Manager on periodic
basis.
 Leads and participates in code reviews, as required, to ensure program code is complete, correct and
understandable
 Creates or assists in the creation of support documentation, including:
o Technical Deployment guide
o Application Maintenance Manual
o User’s Manual
o Disaster Recovery Plan
 Work along with partners to understand their product suite, proposed requirements and ensure
proper implementation of the require solution architecture
 Provide application support by troubleshooting issues, implementation, and maintenance for
corporate clients.
 Provides regular development and implementation status to the reporting Manager.

 Candidate should be having at least 2-3 years of experience in software development and
implementation of banking BPM project.
 Proven experience in the delivery of software development projects in java EE platform.
 Excellent personal organisation and ability to prioritise and carry out multiple tasks.
 Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges
 A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies
 Knowledge on insight of Java and JEE internals
 Should have worked in AGILE Methodology and good understanding of SDLC.
 Ability to troubleshoot/follow a methodical approach to problem resolution.
 Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases SQL and ORM technologies.
 Knowledge of MSSQL/Oracle, PL/SQL, Advanced PL/SQL, MSSQL/Oracle PL/SQL Development
(Packages, Triggers, Views, Procedures etc.)
 Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
