Job description

    • Considering all the customer concerns and moving forward with the suitable procedures to solve them
    • Providing suitable advices and/or information to the customers
    • Forwarding the difficult customer problems to the senior management if required.
    • Maintaining a well-formed and informative database sheet with entire customer information and concerns and reporting it to the concerned managers or supervisor daily
    • Handling the telephonic conversation as well as walk-in customers effectively and efficiently
    • Handling the payments ( in cash or cheque) as deemed necessary
    • Strictly abiding by the company rules, regulations and policies while providing the services so as to increase customer satisfaction.

Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Management or relevant subject
    • More than or equals to 1 year in the similar role
