Job description

    • Liaise with other managers to determine staffing requirements
    • Sourcing profiles and screening.
    • Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
    • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
    • Assist other managers to process job applications and respond to queries
    • Organize and take part in interview procedures as required
    • Develop and keep up to date policies relating to employment and other human resources issues

    When fulfilling their mission to deliver candidates to their employers, recruitment officers use tools such as:

    • Computers – to maintain databases and correspond via email
    • Telephones – used to interact with prospects and conduct distance interviews
    • Social media – online tools such as Facebook and LinkedIn used for finding and attracting possible applicants
    • Job boards – online collections of open positions that job seekers turn to in their hunt for a new position
    • Resumes – outlines of qualifications and background used to determine if someone might be a good match for a given position

    Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements

    • 1-2  years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
    • Minimum 1-year experience recruiting in the relevant industry environment
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
