Taking incoming telephone calls, dealing with such calls promptly in a professional manner and

Responsible for greeting persons entering or calling the organization, determining the nature
and purpose of visitor/caller requests, and directing the visitor/caller to the correct destination.
Record all visitor details in the logbook.
Update list of interviewed candidates.
Send email and call candidate for the interview session.
Make a call to the candidates.
Manage operations of the entire company that includes water management, flower management,
cleaner management, etc.
Check office stationaries/supplies and order as per requirement.
Job postings in Job Portal through several newspapers and whenever vacancies been provided
by the clients.
Preliminary interview to the candidates who directly visited our office and make their record
under INTERVIEW EVALUATION SHEET.
Cold call to clients in order to request the Job Posting in our JOB PORTAL.
