Job description

     To carry out the day-to-day administration of the front desk, including answering telephones,
     To answer queries from job seekers/clients, refer them to contact points at which they can
    obtain further information.
     Taking incoming telephone calls, dealing with such calls promptly in a professional manner and
    transferring to the appropriate extensions.
     Responsible for greeting persons entering or calling the organization, determining the nature
    and purpose of visitor/caller requests, and directing the visitor/caller to the correct destination.
     Record all visitor details in the logbook.
     Update list of interviewed candidates.
     Send email and call candidate for the interview session.
     Make a call to the candidates.
     Manage operations of the entire company that includes water management, flower management,
    cleaner management, etc.
     Check office stationaries/supplies and order as per requirement.
     Job postings in Job Portal through several newspapers and whenever vacancies been provided
    by the clients.
     Preliminary interview to the candidates who directly visited our office and make their record
     Cold call to clients in order to request the Job Posting in our JOB PORTAL.
     To develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at the front desk at all
     To maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment.


     Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment.
     Excellent interpersonal skills.
     Ability to network and build relationships.
     Good in Microsoft Office package especially focusing on excel.


     Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
     Strong capabilities with database and information management systems.
