Job description

    •Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
    •Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
    •Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
    •Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
    •Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the specialty section
    •Assisting with the management of health and safety
    •Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
    •Monitoring portion and waste control
    •Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
