OPERATION:
Supervise employee production and counsel toward improved efficiency with internal processes
that adhere to legal guidelines.
Manage employee leave, payroll and attendance.
Prepare monthly Key Performance Indicator for all employees along with daily and weekly
monitoring sheet.
Work with concerned authority to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
Participate in competitive analysis.
Support Recruitment, Job Portal and Business Development department to get their work done.
Developing business plans and strategies to align with company forecasts and goals
Implementing recommendations to improve processes and procedures
Monitoring company resources
CLIENT RELATION:
Develop relationships with clients and key personnel.
Identify potential clients for our business and attend meeting as per requirement.
Approach corporate clients to take our HR Services.
Skills
At least 2 years’ experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role.
Proven experience with business and strategy development processes.
Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment.
Superior leadership skills, with a focus in employee coaching and development.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to network and build relationships.
Education
Master’s degree in business, management, or related field.
Strong capabilities with database and information systems software.
