Job description

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
     Carrying out secondary research tasks specifically for marketing outreach around the
    areas of AI, automation, digitization, IT, specific accounts, and related activities.
     Assist in contributing to development and implementation of marketing ideas and
    strategies
     Conduct market research and analyse data to identify opportunities for market trends,
    promotion, growth and reach defined audiences
     Create and collate database of the key accounts and Industry personnel for carrying out
    various marketing activities
     Research on the identified accounts to develop the Account Information Sheet / Company
     Profile and Strategic Imperative Book, which will help the sales & Business Development
    teams.
     Frequently monitor the data of clients and, update and follow up if and when required
     Critically evaluate, summarize, and draw strategic conclusions from a wide variety of data
    and resources
     Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on the marketing initiatives
     Prepare proposals, business reports, presentations that align with company’s guideline
     Assist in overseeing the marketing / business development department’s operations
     Ensure consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal
    and external communications and marketing materials
     Organizing and attending marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness

     Acquiring new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing
    programs including, PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication,
    email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics
     Project management and communication through email/voice etc. with prospective and
    existing customer on a global scale, under the supervision of the reporting manager
     Developing quality content / articles for promoting FDV brand & HDA framework
     Helping create style guides or suggesting changes to ensure content is consistent and
    clear
     Generate and communicate new ideas for content
     Coordinating and managing external agencies / resources for specific marketing activities
    that are outsourced.

    Accountabilities and Performance Measures
     Measure the amount of new business that has been secured (leased and/or earning
    money).
     Calculate net growth.
     Calculate the attributes that have been lost.
     Determine the size of your prospecting pipeline.
     Calculate the number of people in your database (Hot, Warm and Cold Leads)
     Measure the number of times your call connects.
     Assess your evaluations.
     Calculate the number of networking events you've attended and the connections you've
    created.

Skills

     Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years marketing experience or similar field required; a
    minimum of 1 year of experience directly managing B2B Digital Marketing programs with
    proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
     MBA preferred but not required.
     Proven track record managing B2B marketing pipeline generation, including managing
    campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
     Proven experience in a research field.
     Sound understanding of research methodologies.
     Email, database, and digital marketing experience.

     Excellent communication skills – strong
    written and oral communication skills.
     Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making
    recommendations for future actions.

     Dynamic, motivating, and entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to continuously
    hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn.
     Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple
    projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
     Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
     Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
     Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.

Education

    Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years marketing experience or similar field required;
