Job description

    1) Generating relevant leads by collaborating with the marketing team for LinkedIn campaigns, identifying trade bodies, EPC , and portals pertaining to specific markets and segments for promotion.

    • Being Active on LinkedIn, connect with professionals & post promotional content offering Products & Service

    •  Assigning customers from Market Intelligence data and other sources to generate leads 

    • Identify relevant EPCs & Trade Bodies for various Markets

    •  Identify Portals and agencies for Product Segments 

    • Connecting with Decision Makes/Decision Influencers of Potential customers and create credibility as a reliable partner

    ​2) Achieving sales target by generating business from existing/new & dormant customers. 

    • Keep presenting New Products to existing customers and conduct video meetings are regular intervals
    • Improve profitability through Trading orders and adding differentiated products
    • Identify dormant customers and convert them into regular customers
    • Having periodic review on new customer development and converting potential leads into sales
    • Proper selection of Supplier base for segment specific applications

    ​3) Facilitate and ensure smooth execution of orders thereby retaining and expanding business with the existing customers

    • Monitoring timely updates to customers and suppliers on the order status
    • Resolving Quality complaints with mutual consent of customers and suppliers
    • Ensuring timely payments, documents submission & Committed delivery time
    • Follow up for timely receipt of commissions

    4) Training team members to be independent sales manager by following the organizations culture and values

    • Periodic review on the progress
    • Taking Mock drills & Shadowing at regular intervals
    • Training for conducting effective sales meeting independently

    5) To take up assignments that will support creation of process, system or structure for the entire IMS division or other divisions

    • Completing Assigned Tasks on time
    • Conducting Induction for New Joiners and supporting Team members and Subordinates in completing their tasks
    • Participating in cultural enhancement & team building activities and events of the organization
    • Bringing New Ideas and concepts to the Creation and Commercialization Cell (CNCC) for new product creation







    Bachelor or Masters in Management
